Chicago BMW

I have always had very good service out of Chicago but my
last order I put in 14 Mar and called two weeks ago they said
they had just got in 700 parts and they were probably in and
would get them out to me. Called again today and they said
they had700 parts and the computer shows they have them
and all that they can do is try to get them shipped but that
is all they can promise........Strange!
Also everytime I have called in the past they answered:
"Chicago Harley Davidson and BMW" today they answered
"Chicago BMW" Also their phone #'s are separate.

Did I miss something someplace?????:confused: :icon_confused: :102:

I too have had reasonable luck with Chicago BMW. The 20% discount seems to work on higher dollar stuff (like any BMW parts aren't high dollar), unless size and weight mean expensive shipping.

It has seemed that the wait time on some orders is quite long, and their communication leaves a bit to be desired. There is another dealer offering discounted prices on BMW parts. I haven't ordered from them, but they are quite active on ADVRIDER. Here's a link to their site:
