Let's just hope they have the foresight to design this track as M-GP compliant as well!
Si & JQ, you can stay at my place and we'll hop down to Austin for the M-GP race...it's only 600 miles or so!
Or we can get PC Bob to host us all.:028:

I was there for that miserable MoFo of an F1 race in Dallas in 1984...104F. and absolute humidity...and me in a stylish black t-shirt-yuck.
But Brit Nigel Mansel proved that day he was no Chardonnay-sipping F1 Nancy Boy!:eusa_clap::eusa_clap:
He ran out of gas, got out and pushed his car 100 yards across the finish line with no help , then collapsed unconscious.
Track temp was in the 140s as I recall, God only knows what the cockpit temp was!
And he was wearing a black John Player livery "bunny suit" in that hot Texas sun!

IF they pull it off, I'll gladly host y'all as long as you don't mind sharing with our animals. One pull out bed and lots of floor space plus my shop across the street for any needed maintenace stough.

The state budget is way out of balance. Texas is cutting funds for everything from education to parks and recreation. But, they are gonna spend $25 MILLION in taxpayer's money to pay Bernie's sanctioning fee. (http://www.statesman.com/news/texas-politics/texas-taxpayers-would-foot-1st-formula-one-bill-721621.html)
