Thats the way We used to do Helicopter tires.:)

Yes. just put a lttle air in the tube. :(

I have used that method to dismount the tires on an 20 year old Honda. The tread and sidewalls were so stiff that tires irons would not budge the tire. A hacksaw worked fine... however I did not try to remount them.:)
