They're all starting to look the same to me. If you gave 'em all a coat of flat black I couldn't tell one from the other. Hey! maybe that explains the odd headlights on the Beemer version?

Ducati looks very nice, but whats the price? maybe $23K in the US. The BMW S1000RR will be $16K? Thats a substantial difference, especially when most Ducati owners will most likely put on the racing pipes & ECU for another $2,500 to get it running as smooth as I bet the BMW will run right out of the box.

I recall reading, years ago that the clay models used to show car concepts to the front office often had differences from the left side to the right side. It saved time and effort. Two birds with one stone so to speak.

It occurred to me that BMW stylists tried this trick and one of the big boys saw it and immediately said, "Now THAT is perfect!"
