This site seems the ideal place for setting up a forum and web pages to promote motorcycles and try to push for a change at the legal level.
The way I see it is like this:
We setup a forum to discuss specific issues such as how to include motorcycles in the Energy Saving Initiative that is currently underway; how to improve motocycle safety on the road etc. (I am sure you have a number of things you are thinking about)
Draft a concise list of propositions that we as motorcyclist believe will likely benefit society.
Setup a web page where a person (motorcyclist and/or friend) can:
find their local political representative
fill out personal information
Automatically generate an email that is sent to her/his local representative.
Setup a web page to spread the word and gather as many supporters as possible.
Yeah, let's use the Internet! What a wonderful tool.
