Michelle, we salute you.
Si.
Good show, Sir Simon. Thanks for sharing that! It appears that your admiration is well placed.
The skill & bravery of these young men & women is amazing. In the uncertain world we live in, where would we be without them??

Absolutely a hero!
I have a special place in my heart for the Chopper pilots who fly into unknown circimstances so that "others may live" I knew a few when I was in.

A hero indeed!!!!!!!!!!!!
"Quote"
"Yesterday the 31-year-old pilot was proud but bashful when she was told officially she was the first woman to be awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross for an act of supreme bravery" Quote"
I am not sure if it is the correct word or not, but in all these special people, I often notice a similar quality, they are all so "Humble" I salute her and the crew!! Den

"Women's Lib" indeed...
And Si, I think you were right the first time...HERO for sure! Maybe that term doesn't need to be gender driven anymore?
