Reminds me of one of Dean's stories...
Very similar situation, Dean on a bike, a Slash/1 I think, and the blond in a red sportscar.
A light turned red and they stopped, side by side.
Dean looked over with a goofy grin, then the blond looked right at him and said, "Hi, big boy - would you like some super sex?"
Without batting an eye, Dean replied, "Well yes, the soup sounds good!"

Steve, it's London for sure. There are two tunnels under the Thames, one at Dartford the other at Blackwall (near the old AJS/Matchless factory if you're interested), it could be either but I suspect it's Blackwall.
Obviously an old film as poor old Eddie Kidd doesn't look like that anymore following his accident.
How on earth did you find it?
