The Worlds fastest Indian screened in NZ a couple of months ago..and in the US last month...but Down Under we have to wait until April 6.....bugger, bugger, bugger!

But...Lucky me got to go to a special screening tonight at a local cinema and even meet one of the main guys in the film.

Can't remember his name but he played Jim Moffit in the movie...he gave a talk before the movie...nice guy...nice guy in the movie also.

Yes..I had my camera...:icon_mrgreen:

What a great film...and some classic lines all the way through it...like.

When he's packing to leave and says.."Specticals..testicals..and wallet...ok let's go".

Here's a few more pics on when I saw the real bike last week.

Didn't Mick Doohan have a similar set up to this on his 500 GP bike..:icon_mrgreen:

In 1967 (when the film was set)...

I was about the same age as the boy in the movie and lived in a house and area just like in the movie..they did a great job..it was just like that back then.

Now I'm hanging out for the DVD...:icon_mrgreen:

You can't call yourself an Aussie unless you've got a lemon tree in the back yard! :)

Great write up:eusa_clap:

As for the quote... my grandpa always said, "Specticals, Testicals, Wallet, and Watch" when crossing himself after prayer.

I always thought it was funny as shit :028:

Boxerboy's right about the lemon tree.

You can't call yourself an Aussie unless you've got a lemon tree in the back yard!

If I had a dollar for every time I pissed on a lemon tree...well..I still wouldn't be rich...but I'd have a few more dollars..:icon_mrgreen:

Here's my tree this morning...not the biggest but it has big lemons..:icon_mrgreen:

Yeah..the grass needs cutting...I might try the petrol trick..that seemed to work well..:icon_mrgreen:
