One of my miscreant friends on another website (don't be jealous boyos, it's gaming forum) was spinning a yarn of her big prank yesterday. Being resourceful, she obtained a pad of New Hampshire Health and Welfare stationary. New Hampshire is the home state of one of her dear friends who has since moved to Singapore. She proceeded to compose a letter demanding he begin paying child support payments, and indicated a phone he was to call. The number went directly to an official sounding voicemail, and her target left several frantic messages trying to get it all sorted out. She said she's let him off the hook eventually.
