See it here:

It appears to be quite a long reach from that flat saddle to those wide bars. And, what's with the floorboards on an off road model? Other than that, it appears to quite functional. I'm sure the BMW faithful will purchase every one they can make, er, ah, breed.
Now, I expect Collyer will be along shortly to point out all the reasons a KTM would be a better choice.
:rofl:

Wow, I have been wondering when BMW would improve the looks of their offerings. The lines are much better and the ugly square science experiement sidebags are finally gone!
This is a huge design improvement.
:rofl::rofl:
For some reason, I can really see Dean on one of these :pot:

Not for me. I already hear Judy saying, "Get your ass in gear" too often.

I would retort with something like "Don't be such an ass", but that's way beneath me. :028:
Here in wanna-be land, you could stick a Roundel logo on a cow chip and it would still outsell KTM's road bikes.
At least with a KTM, you get a useful tool, and you won't need a shovel.

Now there's a BMW you count on to take a dump on the side of the trail :webers:.
Not only that, I'll bet it's a cantankerous SOB as well.

Collyer, does KTM sell those opener/wrenches separately? I gotta have one but don't want to buy a KTM to get it...
I have a feeling this thread is due to to be struck by lightning and vaporized at any moment! Blitzkrieg, anyone? :mulie:

Sweet Jebubbs!
Pay the royalties to KTM, stamp Gin-u-whine H-D on these* and your fortune is MADE!
* In suitable 'Merican wrench size, of course.
