Wow!!! I'm going to be a sculpter...and make a fortune. Cool stuff, but spendy!

Very cool, Dave. I can see this in your canyon office. First thing I'd make if I had that extra cash would be a new Bimota Tesi and make it into a desk with a thick glass top. Total cost would be around $40K USD. Dream on!

Mine certainly wasn't this (http://www.motoart.com/email/oct08/enlarge.htm) plush.

No Will, it's not like that.
They don't tear up good airplanes to make those things, they dig through big piles of pre 9-11 salvage parts and turn them into what you see. No airplanes were harmed in the making of these articles!
They even have a radial aircraft engine gutted and made into a ceiling fan, and lots of other cool goodies.
It's a little like my little "shop art" company I'm trying to get on it's feet...except these guys are on a much, MUCH higher scale!
This poor image of a nice Norton half-engine wall mount is an example of my stuff, but most will be smaller & simpler. And cheaper!

This picture fron Dan Peirce's book is the mate to the Norton half-motor. I'm working on a half-BSA twin now.

I'll be happy to make something for you, but I'm all out of Bimota tables...

Kent...you didn't have red upholstery?! What kind of Air Force are we running anyway?
