Color, red ----------------Check
Slots on fake air intake----Check
Ferarri sticker ------------Check
Anything else needed to make this an honest to goodness "Ferarri" bike?
Nah.
Apparently completing this sophomoric checklist was considered a sufficient level of design skill by whomever was given this stying exercise.

For the record, I don't like it either.
But at least, wherever it is from, they can come up with something better than this:

So that's why the Mayan calendar ends in 2012. They must have seen visions of this heathen abomination coming in the final years.
While I do like the looks of things underneath the bodywork, such as the V-4 with blood red valve covers, the overall design is just... well, words fail me here, really. What does this thing remind me of? A dildo with gills? A pair of electric scissors with wheels? I just can't decide.
If they actually put this into production as is, they might sell a few of them to avant-garde museums, but not a single one to actual riders... for the simple reason that showing up anywhere on this nimrod will get its rider beaten to a pulp on general principle.

Has some cool stylized parts. I like it better than the Honda Rune, which in some ways has somewhat similar style involved. Looks like Buell brake roters.
Wonder how much that ONE piece fairing/bodywork for the entire bike would cost to replace after a tip over?

I wanna see a picture of somebody sitting on it.
Without looking like a dork.
Oh I don't know......Paint it green and it would look like a frog eating a tire. :)
