What type of GPS do you use Bill?

I'm pretty light weight on that, Dave. I have a "hand held" Garmin eTrex Legend C on my bike. Mostly for (very) general map info and things like speed and direction.

I also have an older Magellan Maestro (sp) in the car. It helps the directionally challenged (attsa me).

So, this article is of limited benefit to me at present. But, this years Christmas wish list includes a more current (i.e. more powerful) unit.
