Hey, it's not nearly as good as *this one*, but for any Speedy fans, check it out. It's new and just getting it's legs.

Dave, was scoping out the Speed Triple last Thursday with BobFV1 and Harry(GPM). Man its beautiful! You getting into any trouble:) ?
I do have to admit though, I have fallen in love with that Ducati Paul Smart LE 1000. I remember when he was tearing it up, I know I'm dating myself, but hey, I WAS just a kid then.
I'm trying to justify adopting a Duc by saying my ST is lonely in the garage. My wife told me if I get one, neither one will be lonely, but I will be:037: . Wonder what she means?:104:
I'm still working on her.

Dave - LOVE the Speed Trip. Looked at one before I settled on the RR. Would dearly love to get one, just to bug the ass off my Triumph Daytona 955i riding twin brother! He is looking to add a cruiser to his stable this summer (Triumph Speedmaster or America). I feel the need to grow my stable (my wife disagrees!) although I fear my lusting remains in the BMW family - K12S. And I hate to say it, if I was to go to a cruiser, I would pick up the Montauk. Just so I don't blend in too well with my Harley riding friends!.

Rog, let me know how that works out. My wife's a golfer with no interest in motorcycles. I tried pointing out that she had a whole damn bag full of clubs and I only had one lonely motorcycle. For some odd reason, that argument didn't seem to get it done.

Yeah, ol' Hoochie was the only one to post yesterday and in a week or so.
That little site may have been stillborn!
I've learned enough from all you birds to help them a bit though.

Gary, not to hijack this thread, but how are you and your family doing in Nigeria, from what we hear in the states the situation seems to be heating up.

Hi DeanO

Things are actually fine down here in Lagos. There is a lot of trouble between the Christians and Muslims up north of the country all to do with the cartoons believe it or not - how the cartoons could cause supposedly religious people from the same country to start killing each other and burning the corpses in the city streets I'll never understand. Unfortunately that is also the area where the bird flu is prevalent so they are not having a good time up there. We are very lucky that the huge Muslim / Christian clashes that occur up north very seldom filters down to Lagos in any real proportion. Well let's hope it stays that way....you never know how quickly things can change in a volatile place like this, but we do have our means of knowing about potential problems. I'll keep you updated.

Gary -
You'd be mighty hard to catch on a Speed Triple!
Be careful friend.
