This is pretty cool.
Talk about minimalist & mass centralization!
As a design exercise, it's "out there", but looks like it could be made "real world" easy enough. With a modern 750/850 twin that thing would fly!
They need to back off the Vincent & HRD references though...instant turn-off to those who revere that marque.
And please...no traction control, attitude control, antenna rings, computerized shocks, etc. Just "what you see is what you get"!

I too think its an interesting design. Although to defend its styling by calling the Ford Mustang cartoonish seems a bit of a stretch. It is curious that they would choose to design an engine with an upright rear cylinder. It does indeed make for a tall looking ride.

One of Ed Mabry's Bonneville "partial streamliners" has an HD engine mounted like that. (5 Triumphs & 1 HD...sounds about right!)
But on his bike it results in an overall lower "package", as the rider is behind the engine with the seat very low.

The engine config on this one looks like it both stretches the wheelbase and puts more weight on the front...both good things I'm sure on this little monster!

It looks cool, but I wonder:

What kind of gas mileage do they get out of it? If the New Golden Age of Motorcycles is going to be fueled in part by concerns over mpg, it seems to make sense to try to make that a priority.

Are they far enough along to have an idea what the MSRP might be if it ever goes into production?

If you have to ask....... :omg:

Griff, chances are a bike like this would get very good gas mileage...depending on a number of things. Not the least of which is Right Wrist Twitch! My mileage would suck & blow, for instance!
A mid-sized V-twin in a light package should do very well.
There have been many full sized HD's with specially tuned engines exceed 100 MPG.

I'm getting 50-55mpg on my 990cc 125hp V-twin. And the back tire isn't going to see 2000 miles.
