Lot's of folks have raved about their side car experience, but it is just something I don't understand. Can't seem to wrap my brain around why that would be fun. Not that there is anything wrong with it, mind you. I just don't understand it.

Like Bones, I'm not really into sidecars and have no inclination to even try one (or ride with one) but IF I did this would be what I would go for that is for sure !! The lines of the sidecar itself have been done perfectly to match the R (same colour as mine by the way - definitely the meanest looking, even with a sidecar !! :icon_twisted: )

Damn, that rig is just too cool. If I could swing it, I'd buy one in a heartbeat!
Speaking of hacks, I saw a guy on a Ural Gear-Up (http://www.imz-ural.com/gearup/) here in Phoenix last weekend. I was right behind him and the motor sounded very healthy as he motored up the on-ramp. All that was missing was the machine gun. :023:

That thing is sweet! Sidecars are definiatley not for everyone, and not for all times either. They are fun in their own way though. My dad put a sidecar on his HD FLH Ultraclassic when i was about 10....and he still has the damned thing. Still has under 3000 miles and as crappy and crude and rough and slow and wierd as it is to drive....i have to say, it is still fun. (for short trips)
Max speed on his is about 77 mph, and you have to armstrong your way through left turns, and REALLY watch it on the righties.
Lots of fun watching people react to the sidecar lifting up around a right hand turn around town too, especially when they are riding in it for the first time.
