This looks like the schedule for this year for our participation......so far.
Look on the www.sjbmwracing.com new site schedule for the entire program.
San Jose has been asked by BMW to not race the formula extreme dates........But at this time, we will be racing the Moto ST series.
Will does not know all of this yet.....but....
Leave San Jose BMW Sat Feb 24 will all the gear, race bike and an unnamed R1200R for Daytona, arrive Daytona Wed Feb 28. Race that weekend March 3&4.
Mon March 5 drive the rig with the race bike to BMW of Atlanta and leave it there. Will and I fly home prolly Tuesday Mar 6.
Bobby from BMW Atlanta will take the rig to Miami, Fl for the Moto ST race at Homestead April 13&14. Bobby will take the rig and bike back to Atlanta where it will stay until Will and I fly to Atlanta prolly April 25 to drive the rig to VIR Raceway in Danville, Virginia for the race April 28&29.
After that we will drive the rig back tro San Jose, Ca.
The riders will be Brian Pariott and Nate Kern riding the San Jose bike.
This should be fun as I for one have never been to either Atlanta or Virginia.
Isn't Virginia near where a lot of you guys in the east live? If so, a great chance to meet the one and only Wild Will and to get a chance to meet you all as well.
That is as far ahead as I can think.
