I went by my dealer this afternoon and picked up a few things and have part numbers to share.
The first was a new wellnut for the BMW sport shield. I'm pretty sure the touring shield uses the same brackets, so the same wellnuts should work. The part number for the kit is 99 99 0 000 586. It's called a service kit, and comes with two wellnut assemblies including the foam doughnut that sticks on the bracket. My dealer price, $26.00.
The other things I got were the real fuel line clamps, BMW part number 13 31 1 460 928. The package states 10 piece, but I only bought two. I think they were $2.00 each, but at least I know they will fit.
