...looking at OUR new board, thinking of where we came from, what we've been through recently, where we're going...

AND SMILING MY ASS OFF!

It's gonna be a great ride.

DJ, my man!
How are things in the Land of Oz?
Miss hearing from you and seeing the pics, but I have been peeking in from time to time on the old board. Still look there for 50R stuff and to see what you and some others are doing.
Just so you know, we LOVE images here and tales of motorcycling Down Under.
And we love ya' man!
Far as I know you can stick your pics & trips anywhere you like, my suggestion is Main Board.
Stop in whenever you can.

DJ - Do you like the gay little "coffee names" for the forums? They were Dallara's idea. :p

Brother DJ,

How very wonderful to see you on this site. Your name came up many times during the forming stages of this board. Most of the comments made about you flattering, just a few were referring to that ugly incident a couple of years ago. You know, the one involving the herd of sheep and you with your "Mary had a little lamb" costume. Almost everyone agreed that it was just "one of those things," so don't even worry about it.

:) :p ;)

I do hope you will stay around a while, after you get some sleep, of course. Your posts were always entertaining and informative; I'd like to think they would be appreciated more on this site.:)

Nice job on the new board guys! I only posted one message on the old board and decided to wait and see how things went. I hope this develops into a good place to hang out. Great start, though.

There is room for another bike site on the bookmarks! :)

Nice to finally find where all of you Rebels homesteaded. I have been looking for about a month to no avail.:)
Thanks to that sly person who moled in on the other site and informed all of us bystanders where the rest of the pac went. I have missed the experience and advise that I got from some of the guys like Dallara, Bones, etc... It's good to find you.;)
This site is Cool, the Creators have done an excellent job. Being a semi new computer guy, I have no problems navigating so far. And I love the spell check option.
Again I'm looking forward to the information and entertainment I can glom off of this site.

Welcome aboard KBC68...we love Canadians here.
Fried, broiled, stewed or baked, all good!
Actually we have 1 or 2 already so you'll have company.
How did you find us? We're very new, only a few days old, and have lots of cool changes coming up.

Love the new site and great to see some old faces.....hope you let me be a two timer and a fence sitter and let me post on both sites!!!

(If you don't i will change my handle to Rogue Rider or Two Timer or something like that!!!):D

Seriously, will be good to have two sites to look through

So, is this the official Rebel-Roadster board? Who started this (or is that the wrong question to ask?)

Nice job, and like a lot others have said, I've added another bookmark. :D

I think the management of the R1150R board started this board, indirectly.

Welcome Marko, R4, and all!!! Great to have you in the cafe - come and go as you please. Please keep in mind that the cafe is still under construction and we will be getting better and better as artwork, graphics, and other cool features are added!

Who started this site - a principle did and several passsionate, enthusiastic, friendly, talented and can do individuals, about 12 in number (and that really is not important now because it is all of us!).

These few, to whom motorcycling, and the love of motorcycling meant more than the (an) individual/s interpretation of cant's, will not's, mine and not yours and dont question a particularly narrow view of an imposing, but selectively applied morality and censorship. They valued the spirit of freedom, tolerance and mutual respect for all things motorcycling. Hence the statement about, ... roadsters, Peckerheads, scallywags... all being welcome.

Ask permission to view other boards? Why is there the need to even ask? There are no fences here.

Enjoy - enjoy motorcycling and all things associated with them - as we do!

I nominate Brian for resident philosopher and general deep thinker.

Yeah, and you know what else?? We've got spell check. ;)

Amen brothers, amen.

A big welcome to the new guys stopping in for a cup'a. Just be careful of where you step, there is still a lot of construction going on right now.:)

By the way, just one benefit of our site (for me at least), is my school district's "net nanny" program blocked another site (one I used to be a card carrying member of) and allows this one through.

Life is good.

Now if I could just get this smile of my face. Mid-term exams start tomorrow; I'm not supposed to look happy.
