Yet another vBulletin upgrade planned - Complete

There's been another update to vBulletin in order to fix some bugs and possible security issues. I will be upgrading the version to 3.6.2 sometime this weekend.

During the time the upgrade is in progress, the board will be unavailable. I estimate this process to take about 30 min.
