Did you know that BMW make a great anti-fog spray for helmet visors.

I've had mine for over a year now..it works great..and it's not expensive..IMO.. :D ..has anyone else used it?

(with no bike to take pics of..I'm looking for other things to photograph..sorry if this is old news)

Nope did'nt know that DJ, however, it's rarely a problem here in the deserts of Arizona. Somewhere in the garage I have some, couldn't tell you what brand.
How's the bike coming along?

DJ,

I have been looking for a good anti-fog spray... now I need to look no more!

Thanks,

Sometimes the fog's so thick on the edge that you have to open the visor and watch it all unfold right before your very eyes, and happily there are no bugs in the fog!
cheers!

FYI, I drilled 6- 1/8" holes in the very bottom of the visor. These allow just enough air flow to keep the visor clear yet are small enough to keep the rain out. I started this while riding in Alaska and still do it today. Try it on an old visor as a test.

Interesting K... Do you notice any increase in noise / whistling from the holes?

Ed, As I always wear ear plugs I haven't noticed any increase over the normal noise. Then again it might be that my fat head fills the helmet. That's why I suggested the trial run with an old visor.

Good luck, K-Rider
