One of my best riding buddies got me into this Cafe - you know him as GPM! He is also responsible for "assisting" me with the purchase of the MV - not only did he give me sound advice ("It's an emotional purchase, Michelle, stop trying to rationalize it.") but he accompanied me for moral support when I test rode the Duc and MV. (Couldn't get him to ride bitch though - not even for a photo!)

We rode today for the first time with me on the MV! What a blast - a great riding bud and pal! Don't know any other man who could have steered me towards nasty bikes and nasty forums like him! :020:

PS - and he asked how I did it? Well my left ankle is sprained and in an air cast, so I swung the right leg over the bike and held the camera as far away as possible and took about 25 pics. You got the best one....

The only "heavy hitter" around here is Shanika Dewann Roshika Jones, captain of the B-string 8th grade girl's softball team.

Replacements for "a certain Brit twin" are: one in place (Speedy) and a KLR 650 (on order), and a wood-tower windmill to be erected in my Canyon in November!
