Go to the 4 day recap under videos and watch the highlights.

I was assembling an engine in the garage this weekend wit ESPN on the tube.

Travis Pastrana pulled a double back flip on the dirt bike. This only started his weekend. Check the link for clips. Simply amazing.

I had my wife, kids, sister and brother-in-law watching, (my kids ride but no one else). Everyone went nuts. That was awesome. Not only is he good but has a lovable personaility, nice kid.

My son loves Fox and I'm Thor. Travis wears Thor and my son, 11, noticed. Just an interesting marketing thing. He now wants number 199 on his bike, Travis's number.

Pastrana? You haven't done your homework. He's a reckless, fearless, highly skilled idiot that tends to hurt people that hang out with him. He's more trouble than he's worth, although he is entertaining, like gladiators probably were (until eaten).

We WILL read about him one day, about his last day. He is currently banned from SX because he attempted a backflip during a race because he'd crashed out of contention - not someone I'd like to ride with. I understand he's the new millenium "Evel Knievel", but he's a rather bad example. Maybe he's cleaned up his act somewhat, but he's going to have trouble walking when he's 35. Nine surgeries on his right knee (so far). Obviously, YMMV, but I prefer riders who can really ride, not just do stunts.
