Riding the Trans-America trail, set up by this guy, Sam http://www.transamtrail.com/ , a couple of guys on thumpers (XR650R & '06 Husky TE610) ride from Arkansas to Oregon, on +90% trails & jeep track. I warn you, if you start reading this thread - you'll read it all. Great writing, great pictures, great responses. Dean? Darth? When???? We can start in Oklahoma.....

I am on High Alert, scanning for a KLR 650 as we speak! Man, is there a lot of neat kit out there for them.
