here's one of the Amazon reviews...

BUY THE DVD when it comes out in June. Hopefully it will have the New Zealand TV documentary Donaldson made back in the early '70's (with the real Burt in it) that we never got here in the states. Also, there is supposed to be a video on the making of the motorcycles used in the movie that I hope they include on the DVD.

My birthday is Friday...a present from me to me.
I see there are a couple of books out now on Burt, likely some opportunists pimping off the movie but I guess I shouldn't be so cynical.
Good to see Ol' Burt getting his due, even if he did croak a while back!

Just got an email from Amazon that my copy of "The World's Fastest Indian" has shipped, so it's available now! I have already received the book "One Good Run, The Legend of Burt Munro" and will be starting it soon. Good stuff! :eusa_drool:

Awesome movie. I bet if Mr. Munro was still alive he would have been kicked off more than his fair share of message boards.

Dave..I just finished watching that Burt Munro documentary...Wow!...you're gunna love it....it's only 30 minutes long...but classic stuff..and great quality.

Also interviews with the cast and film makers...it's just brilliant.

Now I'm hoping that a directors cut (extended version) will come out one day...they must have cut some out that they can add in now it's such a big hit.
