Mike - sounds like a great trip, planned with the precision so common in your profession. Unfortunately, that timing falls in between trips ot AZ for me and I will not be able to join you :(
Take care and ride safe, Bob
PS - sounds like a good trip to do on the KLR!

Mike - how do you do those maps - I mean turn them into a digital file and all?
Have a great trip!
PS - I used to like camping before I had to pee three times a night.... (I know, I know, TMI again.......)

Jeez Bob, just piss on the tree, there's a drought up there don't ya know
you'd be doing the tree a favor.
If anyone askes what your doing, tell them you belong to the Sierra Club and your doing your bit for the enviroment:037:

My wife said that I’m not the camping type, and that I’ll end up in Greer, AZ for the night.
Now it’s a Pride issue….I will Camp! I will not stay in Greer, AZ.:eusa_liar:

Rog - I am discounting your opinion on this matter because it is obvious that you now have a latent anxiety that taking your ding-dong out in public will result in having it bitten off by a wild animal....:icon_twisted: :icon_twisted: :icon_twisted: :) .
Mike - in a situation like this there is only one solution. Ride up there, stay in a nice hotel in Greer with pay-per-view porn, sprinkle dirt all over your bike and gear in the morning, then ride home and tell your wife you ned a backrub because of your night on the hard ground...

This was a great ride up to the White Mountains of Arizona. The weather wasn’t bad. :eusa_eh:
Temperature was in the Mid 70’s but the wind was howling…25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. :119:
The scenery was incredible; from the hot desert to the tall cool pines…It was great!:023:
In the summertime, Northeastern AZ is the best place to ride…
As always; I’m looking forward to the next ride to the White Mountains of Arizona.:eusa_dance:
Enjoy the pictures.

Mike - it was absolutely outstanding - the ribs were excellent, as was the Coyote Creek Napa Valley Merlot. Thanks for the great culinary suggestion!
We stayed at the Tyrolean Lodge and walked to Hickory House - here is my lovely wife Delia waiting for our ribs to arrive:
