Bob if you don't have any luck you can check the approved witness list, though for a SS just about anyone, even a gas station attendant will do.

I think (occasionally I think, anyway) that the advice on "just about anybody" is true - on the starting end. But for the finish doesn't it have to be a LEO or firefighter?
