It is supposed to be happening this WE? I have not seen much traffic lately on this site and dont visit the other site at all.

Somehow, I got the impression that Torrey 06 was stillborn. Not an overwhelming bunch of interest, I guess. Too bad.

It was a lot of work putting Torrey together last year as it was a labor of love for the old site. I just did not have my heart in it this year. Perhaps as Wild Will suggested, we should plan Cafe Torrey run.

Wow! Now that would be a ride worth doing!!

Something the AZ riders could organize? Or, would they like to organize an AZ ride worth doing?

Ya know, Central East Arizona and Central West New Mexico have some awesome roads.
How bout it Deano? Take the 60 east from your place, worth riding? I know it is.
We could do a summer get together, cool up in the mountians.

We could head quarter in Alpine, several motels at a very reasonable price, good food available and some fantastic rides. 191,old 666 the Devils highway from Alpine thru Hannigans Meadow. down 180 in New Mexico, a side trip to Mogollion in NM. A hand full of GS type rides. I can think of at least 3 great loops and 3 or 4 destination rides plus, plus. The Bear Wallow has great breakfasts, lunch and suppers. Mz Pam and I have talked about having a get together up there for a long time. In fact, I am leaving for Alpine in about an hour.

Boy would that be a Big Bend Alpine to Alpine Bash with a stop over for home made PIE and Fire Pot Coffee! I am IN, IN, IN, IN again. Big Bend is half way there. :eusa_clap: :eusa_clap: :eusa_clap:
