That is the most er, unusual piece of motorcycling equipment I have ever seen! What the hell is the passenger doing round about 1:48? Surely not?!

Don, I salute you. Whatever it is that you drink to help you find this shit, I'll buy you a case of it!

Si, I was drinking My morning coffee. I saw that over at GarageJournal.com, a cool site, where I spend too much time.
I knew the Cafe needed to know that fine product was now available. Si, you could get one for Your MG,no need to put the top up when it rains!

Given that both contraptions appear to attach physically to the bike, in the event of trouble I guess you'd just have to lay 'er down.

Actually, I could - sort of - see that thing that Steve posted working. At low speed, in the city.

The French have been making "aprons" for years and they're a common sight in European cities. These are heavy duty (often with a fleece lining) and cover the rider from the waist down. The lucky owner can commute wearing office clothing and a rain jacket.

I noticed the passenger was wearing a face mask. Do you suppose the rider had beans for breakfast?

Si, I suspect she was doing her little tent what you suspect. As always the Chinese are more practical that we westerners. Our women require a 15,000 lb Winnebago for a portable toilet.

Parasailing.

Yeah, that is what I want to do! Wear a sail whilst riding.

I find the idea of wearing an outhouse whilst conveying about on 2 wheels to be off-putting.

I wonder what the passenger was doing with her hands in the privacy of this particular ride?

Crap. There I go again dragging down the intellectual tenor of this thread!
