The latch mechanism on my 2002 R1150R left sidecase crapped-out last week and I need to replace it quick to carry my whitie-tighties, black knee sox & Metamucil to the B&B next month.
Since BMW Chicago is titz up, can anyone recommend a favorite on-line source?
New or used, and Beemer Boneyard has nothing.
Thanks!

Dave, I usually use Merry Perry's but have used A&S (http://www.ascycles.com/default.aspx)
I have used Max for all my parts with very good results...

For the KAWI I use Bike Bandit I see they also do BMW Link (http://www.bikebandit.com/oem-parts)

Thanks guys, good input.
But I may have it solved. I talked with my bud Jerry Bradford at Bentonville (Ark.) BMW and he can help me.
I would have to order the whole assembly to get the part I need...the little orange tab that is bent & cracked. But Jerry is going to send me a used tab and the special pop-rivet kit to repair the assembly. Since BMW won't sell just the individual parts...grrr!
Thankfully I won't have to re-key the lock to make this work.
Maybe I'll do a little pictorial on it...it does involve a little more than just the rivets.
Does Max & A&S sell mail order at full MSRP? A&$ used to carry our MotoTechniques CNC milled BMW accessories and mark them up 25% over full MSRP!
