Lost for words. Modern streetbikes make short work of the mountain climb though, dear old Slippery Sam wouldn't have got up there much quicker! That's progress, I suppose :).

BTW, the racing is good this year. At the time of writing we have four different winners from four races.

My favourite quote so far is Michael Rutter after doing a lap on one of the electric bikes: "It's fast, like doing a lap on the Ducati in second gear, but the birds don't hear you coming and you have to swerve round them!"
